The Mavis Scott Legacy Foundation was born from the enduring legacy of our grandmother, Mavis Scott—a woman whose life was cut tragically short, yet whose love, strength, and compassion continue to inspire generations. More than sixty years later, her name remains a beacon of resilience, hope, and selfless service. Though she never had the opportunity to see the future she dreamed of, we are committed to building it in her honour. Every opportunity we create, every family we uplift, every child we empower, and every community we strengthen is a continuation of her legacy. This Foundation is more than a tribute to her life—it is a promise that her compassion will continue to transform lives for generations to come. Everything we do begins with her name and carries forward her purpose.

Skills training, mentorship, and micro-enterprise support for women building better futures for themselves and their families.
