BACK TO SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVE

The Back-to-School Supply Drive is the Mavis Scott Legacy Foundation's flagship annual initiative, bringing hope and opportunity to children in the Pineapple community of Ocho Rios, St. Ann.

Each year, more than 150 children and their families come together for a day of generosity, community, and celebration. Students receive backpacks filled with essential school supplies, exercise books, and educational materials to help them begin the new academic year with confidence. The day also includes refreshments, activities, and a welcoming environment where every child feels valued and supported.

This initiative is made possible through the generosity of our donors and the dedication of volunteers from across Jamaica and around the world. Together, we are doing more than providing school supplies—we are investing in dreams, empowering young minds, and ensuring that every child has the opportunity to succeed.

Because every child deserves to start the school year prepared, confident, and full of hope.
